Everything.we enjoyed our selves very much

When we arrived the lady at reception wasn't pleasing at all she had some attitude. And we didn't get the keys the other room it's was locked I don't know why but we payed for the whole house.

The lodge looks beautiful

The property didn't live up to my expectations. The. The property was stated as having back up energy for solar and generators but the impact section does not have any back up power, lights switched off while we were having good family time. Really disappointed.
