Face à la mer, grand cottage.

Equipements de cuisine un peu legers, trop peu de vaisselle pour 6. Une ampoule grillée dans la salle de bain du haut, impossible a changer par nous même et aucun retour du message envoyé via booking. Nous avons du utiliser la la lampe de nos téléphones le soir pour utiliser cette salle de bain. Ce n'est pas grâve en soi mais a ce prix de location, le service meriterait d'être un peu plus sérieux. Extérieurs non entrenus avec des restes de chantier un peu partout. Dommage car la vue est magnifique

The location is terrific, Uig is small so easy to get around. Lots of comfortable space for our group. The house had everything we needed and the host was easy to work with.

It needs a little exterior TLC , curb appeal. Some paint and yard clean up.

Le jardin et l'extérieur de la maison sont mal entretenus. C'est dommage. Sans attendre un magnifique jardin, on pourrait s'attendre à un minimum de tenue.

Ich würde wirklich gerne 10/10 geben - für die super freundlichen Vermieter, die grandiose Lage und die Grösse. Es ist alles da was man braucht, man hat mehr als genug Platz, Aussicht aufs Meer … alles super. Aber …

Als wir gebucht haben habe ich natürlich die gemischten Rezensionen gelesen, ua die Kritik am runtergekommen Garten. Da dachte ich noch: was interessiert denn gross der Garten? Aber ja, bei Ankunft hab ichs verstanden - man hat nicht den Eindruck, ein AirBnB zu besuchen sondern ein verlassenes Gebäude. Das Gartentor abgerissen und kurz mal im Eingang angelehnt. Der Vorgarten überwuchert, die Fassade des Hauses bröckelt. Und das zieht sich effektiv durch das Haus. Und dabei sind es nicht mal dramatische Sachen. Flecken, Risse, abgeplatzte Farbe, quietschende Türen, abgerissene Klopapierhalter, Stühle mit wahlweise einer Lehne oder halt keiner … es wirkt, als hätte man ein Haus gekauft, es rudimentär eingerichtet (und das nicht mal schlecht) … und hätte dann seit Jahren nicht einen Pinselstrich erübrigt, es ansprechend zu erhalten. Und das ist echt schade, denn die Lage ist toll, das Haus an sich super - es hätte mit wenig Aufwand das Potenzial für eine 10/10.

We enjoyed the views from the home. The location near Uig and the Fairy Glen were nice.

The grounds are not kept up, overgrowth in the front and back which takes away from some enjoyable patio spaces. We arrived late at night and the house looked abandoned. We weren’t even sure if we had arrived at the correct location. There isn’t a front porch light, so finding the key in the lockbox was a bit challenging in the dark. The facilities are alright. For a family of six adults, there is limited space to sit together outside of the dining table. The beds were alright as far as comfort. It meets very basic needs, with beds in the bedrooms and some furniture that is barely hanging on. We found ourselves staying away from the home and exploring the Isle more than relaxing there due to the lack of couches/chairs.

Second toilet in the upstairs had the window broken.

Location was convenient and house was clean and cute.

Fridge was in the living room.
