Fab location, views and pool was great

a little bit dated but still beautiful

Location: Fantastic—The villa's location is undoubtedly one of its biggest strengths. Nestled just at the end of Fira and the beginning of the next town, it offered the perfect blend of convenience and tranquillity. We loved being within walking distance of Atlantis, an excellent local bookshop, and Volkan, a charming cafe and brunch bar. It was ideal for exploring the area while avoiding the tourist-heavy centre. Host: Very responsive and helpful, especially when arranging excursions and promptly helping when a friend fell ill. Views & Pool: The views from the terrace are breathtaking, and the pool, though small, was perfect for a relaxing dip. Sitting out and taking in the breathtaking vistas made up for many of the villa’s shortcomings and provided an unforgettable experience. The pool was small but perfect for the four of us to cool off and relax during the hot days. It was a comfy spot to unwind and enjoy each other’s company, offering a cosy and private vibe.

Upkeep: The villa needs maintenance. The washing machine was broken, the upstairs bathroom was dingy with poor water pressure, and the main bedroom's aircon didn’t work. The kitchen was very basic, and cleanliness was lacking (dust under beds, etc.). Comfort: There was no fan or aircon in the living room, rendering it almost unusable during the day due to the high temperatures. Porter Service: Disappointing. One significant downside to our stay was the porter service. The villa is a 10-minute walk from the nearest parking, down hilly and rugged paths. While two porters were sent to help with our bags, the experience was unpleasant. The porters were impolite and adamantly demanded more money, even after we tipped them 40 euros—a generous amount for the service provided. This became a tense and embarrassing situation, especially when being dropped off at the taxi stand. It would have been better if the host had informed us about a standard porter fee upfront or trained their staff better to handle tips professionally.

The views are absolutely stunning. The villa is well sized, spaced over three levels. Private top courtyard space with amazing views. Private pool downstairs to cool off in the heat. Good air conditioning. Daily maid service to keep the place clean. Host is attentive and helpful with arranging bookings for cars, sightseeing etc. You are staying in a great location that people flock to take photos of out the front of. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops etc. Lots of towels provided.

The upstairs shower could not be used due to very poor water flow - the waterfall head would not stay on, and the regular head was just a slow trickle of water which made using it pointless. There is another bathroom downstairs, but would be good to be able to use both. The internet is poor, frequently cutting out and slow when it is working.

The views, staff, & pool are 10/10

The location of this villa is perfection, it is central to all with a magnificent view! The kids played all day in the pool which was perfectly heated. Maria organised everything we required so promptly and effortlessly. I would highly recommend booking this villa to give you the perfect Santorini experience.

I loved it all

The view and the private plunge pool made the holiday - it was just so nice to have when fira got too busy. Also the beds were very comfortable. And the maid brought fresh towels and water every day. Very close to Fira Centre but away enough to enjoy a peaceful night sleep.

The stairs to the second bedroom can be a bit tricky but as long as i took my time getting up and down they were fine. Wi-Fi is a bit hit and miss.

Was in a great location, amazing views. Loved the pool and outdoor area.

We were unaware of the stairs in the unit especially the steep set of stairs to the upstairs bedroom that had the best view and deck. As we had a one year old toddler . We couldn’t carry our suitcase up the stairs as too steep.
