Villa 10

We had a lovely stay at the villa. The villa is very spacious, clean and beautiful. Location is very good, walking distance to a super market and restaurants. We enjoyed the spa and wellness centre at the hotel adjacent to the villa.

Top Lage. Zum Ski Lift waren es nur wenige Minuten. Wir hatten alles was das Herz begehrt.

Es hat in vielen Räumen nach kaltem Rauch gerochen. Auch teilweise in Schränken.

Gute Lage , hochwertige ihnenaustattung

Super netjes en mooi ingericht met een fles wijn in de koelkast en een mooie cake. De kerstboom stond klaar voor ons zo gezellig. Waren wat problemen maar snel opgelost door de erg vriendelijke host. De skilift van Oetz op 5 min wandelen. Echt een aanrader.

De woning was wat lastig warm te krijgen. En het niveauverschil was niet handig voor mijn schoonvader die de diepte slecht ziet maar dat was te voorspellen.

So, this is just a false expectation. ******** Here is my answer, Facts in the review: 1. The house is owned by elderly people who have stopped living there and rent it out, so it feels much more like a house they live in than a luxury hotel (which I expected given the price they charge, €5000 per week for me) ** I did not find it mentioned on booking.com** 2. 2 of the rooms we ordered were with folded beds (In Booking it says: 1 large double bed. ** I did not find it mentioned on booking.com** 3. 2 of the rooms were not really bedrooms (just the living room converted to bedrooms) ** I did not find it mentioned on booking.com**

There are some things inside Villa 10 that make your stay very difficult, so it's a great villa until you get inside. The house is owned by elderly people who have stopped living there and rent it out, so it feels much more like a house they live in than a luxury hotel (which I expected given the price they charge, €5000 per week for me) Bedroom 1: This is actually a folding bed in the living room that has been converted into a bedroom, I would not want to sleep on a folding bed while on vacation (especially one that is not cheap! ), besides you don't have a living room during your stay, it is located in the middle of the house, with no privacy, so this is not suitable for couples. Bedroom 2: There is a folding bed in a part of the living room that is temporarily closed off by curtains and glass, so there is no real privacy *this room is not suitable for a couple who wants to sleep in a non-folding double bed and not in the center of the house* Bedroom 3: two narrow single beds that are suitable for youth and not for older people *this room is not suitable for a couple who wants to sleep in a double bed* Bedroom 4: This room is supposedly the master bedroom, the problem is that from this room there is a passage to the other room *so again this room is not suitable for a couple who wants to sleep in a room with minimum privacy that is not a passage to another room* The unheated pool is not cleaned throughout the stay The toilets and showers are not maintained as needed and are very small. In conclusion, this is a nice villa, the level of the rooms in it corresponds to a very, very low level in my opinion, I stayed there only one day out of the 7 that I booked and I lost my money, the owner of the place was not willing to give me any kind of compensation. Consequently, I decided to at least show the villa as it is, so that everyone can decide if it suits them before they arrive
