Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge or bring their own. The charges for bed linen and towels are as follows: Bed linen: EUR 15 per person, per stay. Towels: EUR 15 per person, per stay. When booking 28 days or more, different policies may apply. Please note that for long-term reservations (28 days or more) there are special prices, so additional charges apply, such as Wi-Fi, water, gas, and electricity, based on consumption. -Please note that charges apply for reservations of less than 28 days: 150 kWh are included, and any excess is charged at €0.40/kWh.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
