Villa Tenang

Prachtige locatie, midden in het groen. Huizen waren ongelooflijk mooi! Inrichting was waanzinnig mooi, ontzettend veel objecten, je krijgt niet alles gezien! In elk hoekje staat wel iets, zeer smaakvol ingericht. Zwembad was ongelooflijk met een uitzicht dat niet te beschrijven valt … Heel vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten, alles is gewoon top!

This property was absolutely superb. Could not recommend this highly enough. It was super clean and spacious for our family of 8. The ability to have king beds or twin bed in each room worked perfectly. The staff came to clean the room daily at 11am, other than that we did not see them. They were so polite and lovely. Location was on a super narrow (1 car width) streets, but none of our drivers refused pickup or drop off. There was a fairly large super market only ten mins walk from the villa. Ubud is a must see location, so much to do there but without the tourist hassling of Seminyak. It is still very busy at times in traffic. 30mins for a 2km taxi ride one day. But all tourist locations were like this during middle of the day. Stay at this property!!!

No privacy in swimming Water in bathrooms is not flowing properly

Stayed here for my birthday. Everything we asked for was accommodated with ease. The villa is exactly as spectacular as it is in the photos online. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming and always made sure we had everything we needed. For my birthday we had a delicious Balinese BBQ prepared fresh for us on site. Our manager arranged beautiful flowers and decorations and made it such a special night. I noticed some other reviewers mentioned the narrow road. For us this was not a major issue and is quite common in Ubud. We had no trouble getting picked up and dropped off and all the local drivers are used to these kinds of roads. Everyone had a fantastic time and we spent many nights drinking cocktails under the stars, playing music and enjoying our stunning private pool overlooking the rice fields and forest. I could not recommend this Villa more highly and I would absolutely stay again on my next visit to Ubud!

I loved the décor and the fact that the Villa looked exactly like the pictures. It was very modern and airy set against the rustic rice fields as a backdrop. The pool was clean and all of the windows provided the perfect amount of natural light.

There were a LOT of small ants EVERYWHERE, including my bed. The primary source seemed to be the kitchen trash cans, which we began storing outside after the first night, but the ants were still on the countertops and in crevices. I also didn’t like the narrow single lane road that led to the property, our driver had to reverse several times to let other vehicles out, and Gojek canceled rides presumably because drivers didn’t want to drive the narrow road. I also think the pool should’ve been heated.
