First, the personal is very warm welcoming! Especially Sin, who texts you on WhatsApp a couple of times a day just to check if you’re OK, if you need help with something. He managed to resolve some problems with our rental car by picking it up from the villa, then took it by himself to a mechanic or something, then brought it back fixed - he told us about the repair costs the evening before. He was the best! About the property, it’s fascinating. The rooms all have bathroom, the beds are comfortable, generously space, disposed on 4 levels - like in the pictures. Me and my wife stayed in room 4, from where you ca see the pool through the floor - but you have to know that the light from the pool will come through the glass, so if you need black nights, choose another room! The backyard is full of plants, grass, banana trees, palm trees…astonishing!

The rooms need some rework here and there. In the room I stayed, the bathroom ceiling is not in the best shape above the shower because of the humidity - it didn’t matter for me. Also, we had a problem in one of the nights with a smell that came from the sewage, from inside the bathroom. It was fixed, Sin takes this things very seriously - that’s why I didn’t lowered the rating.

The vila is comfortable, could use a bit of furniture refurbishing, the pool is amazing and the location is very quiet close to city center by car or motorbike. The staff though is 10000% the best asset of this property: super quick to help and resolve any issues, pick the laundry, daily cleaning that left us feeling extremely taken care of and supported. They were the highlight of our stay at the vila. Thanks guys!

The pool lounge cushions are left out so when it rain s they get soaked and dry very slowly so they cant be used much. I d recommend to take it off all together and just use towels & cushions that can be easily removed when its raining. The furniture & doors are worn out - better to change them.

the villa is amazing and very clean but some of the Ac’s are hot. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

it’s very isolated. not enough safety. security is a bit far from the villa. the villa lock wasn’t working. very easy to jump into the villa.
