Great property. Nice location. Friendly caretakers. It is a single property with 3 double bedrooms. Great breakfast prepared by staff.

Lot of big stairs. The steps has its own beauty and creates an ambience. Not great for elderly. All Need to be careful as can fall if not careful. Spend time in getting familiar with the steps..

Fantastic location in the centre of Ubud, but nestled in the jungle so did not feel like it. Fantastic villa facilities and lots of space. Wonderful staff who couldn’t be more helpful.

Mr Pasek and his team were excellent hosts đŸ™đŸŒ; very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Always smiling and available for us. The Villa was very clean and looked after. The landscape, the furniture and the dĂ©cor were very nice too. Beds were very comfy as well.

The kitchen would do with some upgrading; breakfast could be improved and the double bedroom needs some work as it’s too humid.

"The best place to relax and feel well looked after."

This property is an oasis of calm in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Ubud. Mr Pasek and his staff were on hand when needed but discretely out of the way otherwise. The outdoor shower is a joy. It’s close to the Main Street and all shops and restaurants. Don’t leave without trying the in house buffet!

"Within walking distance to Ubud central - yet in a jungle setting - great villa with fabulous pool"

Pasek and the team met us on arrival to the villa. The breakfast that was provided was more than generous in quantity, plenty of options and tasted fabulous. We were not keen to waste food and requested 1/2 servings :) Loved the pool and the comfort of the beds - plenty of seating and tables available around the villa.

There were more stairs than expected. Possibly the supply of more pool towels - we didn't request any - just a suggestion - not a criticism.
