Location,ceiling height,yard around,swimming pool...but the cook devraj made delicious food...much of it though went waste

General kitchen storage, kitchen godown storage, no air-conditioning in living room, general care for fumigation for insects and pests, gets very humid and makes it very uncomfortable for guests who don't sleep in the either of the only 02 bedrooms as accommodation is for upto 10 guests.... For guests not sleeping in the bedrooms...portable a/cs can be of help

"one visit is must"

the amount of space in the property, the serene location.

the maintenance & the care taker. swimming pool lights weren’t working, the kitchen was poorly maintained, the refrigerator had stale & spoilt food from previous occupants, the caretaker had a very rude attitude, he did not even bother to switch on the swimming pool filter unless we requested him to do it.
