Villa Caterina, Luxury Villa with Heated Pool Ocean View in Adeje, Tenerife

Modern property, beds were extremely comfortable along with the pillows too, the pool is amazing and may I add a nice temperature. Kitchen has everything you will need for a week away. Two options of places to eat - in the kitchen/diner or on the table outside - we ate outside. Views are gorgeous! Location isn’t the closest to walkable shops and places to eat but is a short car ride to some good places including Playa de Las Americas, Costa Adeje and Siam Park!!

Being really picky, the grout in the lounge could do with a bit of a clean/refresh but other than that I don’t have anything else negative to say.

We had a fantastic stay at the beautiful Villa Caterina. Our group consisted of two families with children ranging from ages 2 to 15, and the villa worked perfectly for everyone. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a real luxury feel. The villa was incredibly well equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The pool was a real highlight — stunning, private, and suitable for both the kids and adults. We hired a car for the trip, which worked well for us. We didn’t struggle for parking outside the property and we were in a 9 seater. Everything we needed — from beaches to shops and attractions — was within a 15-minute drive. The location struck a perfect balance: quiet and peaceful, yet close to so many great options. We were spoilt for choice when it came to restaurants and things to do in the local area. Whether it was a beach day, a family-friendly outing, or a delicious dinner, there was always something to keep everyone happy. Eduardo was always available to answer any of our questions and checked in with us via WhatsApp even though we arrived just before midnight to make sure we were settled and found everything ok. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our holiday. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a relaxing, high-end stay in Tenerife with plenty to do nearby - we’re in the process of booking again for next year!

Lovely pool very spacious

Bit noisy late at night in front of property bedrooms as backs on to other villas 3am and hear people still outside needed to use ear plugs

Good size for a family of 6 plus a baby. The pool is lovely, cleaned every other day and a nice temperature. It is situated a short 10min walk from the golf club, which is perfect for a lunch or afternoon drink, and then a 20min walk to all the fabulous restaurants around La Caleta.

There is no instruction manual for underground car parking, television or list of taxi numbers and general info about the local area.

Lovely and spacious in a beautiful location with amazing views.

My family and I loved the Villa. The pool is really nice and regularly cleaned. The Villa and outdoor area has everything you need. It is situated in a very quiet location, which was ideal for my autistic son. Definitely recommend renting a car if you plan on going out and about. The host, Marco, is friendly and very helpful. We would definitely return to this Villa.
