Stunning villa with excellent facilities and air conditioning. Especially like the provision of a Harman Kardon sound system to play your music on via spotify. Sun all day and in the late evening there is a bit of shade over the pool. Supermarket on the opposite side of the road is also very handy.

Although the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need we couldnt find a toaster or a kettle. However there is a coffee machine which was good for us anyway as we drink coffee so overall it wasn't a huge problem.

It's a beautiful house, perfect for a family holiday. It provides enough space to enjoy quality time with your family. And it's really nice to spend time outdoor in the garden and the pool. The supermarket in the mall right in front of the house is a big plus. And the walkway by the sea is also very pretty for evening strolls. The hosts provided an incredible service, despite the few hiccups we had with the appliances.

We were let down a bit by the quality of the facilities. In particular, the fridge and the dishwasher were not working when we arrived. We spent the first 3 days without a fridge, and the dishwasher was never fixed throughout our stay. The hosts did a great job trying to fix these issues for us, so big props for that. Nevertheless when you rent a villa you expect these things to just work and not to spend days with the technicians to fix the appliances.

Great villa, Shopping center around the corner, nice pool. High quality equipment. Could get daily fresh baguette to breakfast, because the shopping center was like 50 m away. Villa has 3 bedrooms, you have all amenities you need. We come again.

Wifi in the 2nd floor was not usable We asked for stick with net to clean the pool, but it took 3 days to get it. We had to replace the batteries in the AC remotes because they didn't worked, but the owned payed us the battery costs.

only small issues were the taxi companies didn’t recognize the location and it was a little walk to the beach but otherwise amazing

Beautiful villa. Great communication and Tania was very helpful. There is a supermarket beside the villa and it is a short taxi ride to Las Americas. Ideal for our family holiday.
