Villa Amorio a spacious modern getaway with a private heated pool & Sea Views

Loads of space, great facilities with everything you could need and very clean. Outdoor areas were brilliant and whole villa was fantastic value for money.

Villa is a bit of a trek into town but taxis are so cheap and convenient we never found this an issue

This place was a very pleasant surprise! The Villa is very bright and airy inside, with all the facilities that you could need (now including a kettle!). When we arrived it was clean and we had a warm and helpful welcome from Aleksandra who was available via WhatsApp/phone when needed. The property is behind a locked gate/external door, so is completely private. The bedrooms are large enough, with each sleeping two people and the master bedroom has an ensuite and balcony. The outside and pool are spacious, with a number of seating areas for relaxing or dining and the barbeque is excellent! There is also a small putting green and table tennis for entertainment. There is a dedicated garage underground for a car/motorbike. The villa is a couple of kilometres from the town, which is fine to walk down to, but walking back up the steep hill is a challenge (doable if you take it slowly and it's not too hot) so a taxi would be recommended. The villa is still accessible for less mobile people, with handrails available on the stairs, but taxis will be a must. The X-Sur shopping centre is also nearby which has a normal priced supermarket within, yet there is also a small shop within about 200 metres from the property. I don't think any of our party would hesitate to stay again, if/when we return to Tenerife. Many thanks!

The pool was a little chilly. It IS heated, but as the nights were still a bit cold there's only so much that can be done. There's a cover provided which helps to retain the heat somewhat. The WiFi signal wasn't great - downstairs was fine but it didn't reach upstairs very well. However, when connected the actual download/upload speeds are very good.

Amazing Villa – Even Better Than the Photos! We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The large pool was even better than expected—the photos don’t do it justice. Having an outdoor shower and toilet was really convenient, and the spacious outside area was perfect for relaxing. The ping pong table was a great touch and kept everyone entertained. Inside, the villa was just as impressive. The rooms were super comfy, and the master bedroom’s balcony was absolutely gorgeous. There was loads of wardrobe space, which was really handy, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great too, with a corner shop less than a minute’s walk away for any essentials. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for more—we would definitely return! On top of everything, Jamie, our host, was really accommodating, helping us with table reservations and making sure we had everything we needed.

Amazing stay in private villa with swimming pool. Evething you need for private vacation! Super spacious. Very clean! Large terrace around, big and clean swimming pool, plenty of sunbeds. Very sunny garden, sunshine practically whole day. Barbecue! Safe stay as locked well. Street Free Parking or parking in a garage. Ping Pong was very handy and fun! Welcome pack was nice! Jamie gave good recommendations about restaurants! Small shop walking distance and bigger Mercadona 4 min by car. Very relaxing stay! Thank you, Jamie!!!

I loved the garden, the pool and terraces. Entire house is beautiful and well arranged with all facilities. Great stay with friends/family. Large spaces , well maintained.

The Beautiful Villa Amorio was immaculate, situated in a quiet residential area of Roque del Conde. Very tastefully decorated with loads of space indoors and outdoors. The living room has a large TV and comfy sofas and a large beautiful glass table, which we never used as we always, ate outside because of the lovely weather. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of room for food storage and also a large fridge freezer, microwave oven, and electric hob, which was great for us because we made our own meals most of the time. There was a small shop about 5 minutes down the hill and a larger supermarket and shopping mall just 5 minutes away in a taxi, which only cost about 5 or 6 euros in a local taxi. The bedrooms had lots of wardrobe and drawer storage and coat hangers. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a bath and shower and a larger shared bathroom for the other rooms. The other shower is outside, but it is a perfect addition if everyone is getting ready at the same time. We also found the beds very comfortable. Fantastic outdoor areas for quiet reading or just getting the whole family together for a meal. The BBQ was brilliant, it also had table tennis and a putting area, which were very enjoyable for all ages of the family. The views from the pool area and balcony off the main bedroom were breathtaking at sunset, great for taking photos. My son had some pre- wedding photos taken here. The laundry room was brilliant for just freshing up a few items if needed, and it has an iron and ironing board. The pool was amazing and immaculately clean, a good size, with plenty of space for everyone. It was cleaned during our stay. There is an outside shower by the pool and a shower room, and toilet just down the steps. It is very useful for changing out of swimwear so you don't have to drip water onto the indoor titles.

I would have liked a kettle as well as a coffee maker as I like a cup of tea. Some of the outdoor cushions were a little tired looking, but still comfy, just wear and tear.
