Fantastic property which suited our family of 21 really well. Beautiful, clean and met everyone’s needs!

Nothing! It was perfect!

Eigen was alles geweldig goed. Voor kinderen voorzieningen. De aparte vleugels voor verschillende gezinnen met zoveel badkamers. Buiten en veranda. Prachtig!!! Wasmachines !

Het was een beeeeetje jammer dat het water van het zwembad wat aan de koude kant was. Maar dat was voor heel veel in de groep ook geen probleem

The villa was spacious and clean with everything we needed to enjoy a week away with kids of all ages. The pool was big and well maintained, there was plenty to keep the kids amused including the pool, pool table, table tennis and climbing frame. The location was good and only a 5 min drive into town where there is a lovely beach. The welcome hamper of fruits, snacks and wine was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Loads to do nearby, we visited caves, waterfalls, water park, shopping mall and the beach.

Not all the rooms had air conditioning and there was one small issue we had with the glass doors but Plus Holidays were very responsive and it was resolved quickly with minimum fuss.

The location & villa were beautiful and couldn't be faulted in any way

I genuinely can't think of anything that could have been better.

The photos don't do justice to Villa Joan. It was absolutely perfect for our extended family of 18. It was luxurious and extremely well equipped it was. Having multiple kitchens and bathrooms was great for our large group, as were all the different living spaces inside and seating areas outside. We'd highly recommend Villa Joan without hesitation.

Not all the bedrooms have A/C. As other guests have mentioned, it would have been good to have instructions for the hobs and ovens. The road up to the Villa from Calpe is winding and narrow and it could be quite hairy when meeting other vehicles. A car is an absolute must.

We had a wonderful time with our family of 18; the house is big enough for everyones privacy but also very large communal spaces.

Just returned from a 9 night stay in Villa Joan and WOW she didn’t disappoint! We were a large family group of 22 of various ages and we all blown away by the size of the property. I was a little sceptical when I read a couple of negative reviews but the Villa must have had a full refund since these were written, as it was luxurious both inside and out. There are stairs in the centre of the property that connect to the upstairs. The outside area is just stunning. We look forward to booking again.

We didn’t not like anything.Maybe a heater for the pool in the months of October onwards as it was a little chilly for the babies. A book of instructions for the various cookers/washing machines around the Villa would have been useful.

Villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped for a large group (12 adults and 10 children). Easy 10min drive into town and if you like walking the walk into town takes around an hour but is downhill and enjoyable
