This property offers a perfect escape from the hustle & bustle of daily life. It is extremely calm & serene with lush greenery surroundings. It’s located very close to Betalbatim beach & Martin’s corner. We stayed here with kids and our parents. We highly recommend this place especially for people traveling with kids. The best part is that they have cooks who can cook food based on your preference. This made our stay even more comfortable with the kids. Our parents too preferred mostly home style food, so it came really handy. We express our sincere appreciation to the property manager Mr Naresh & his team for their exceptional hospitality and genuine care throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Tila, Numa & Pavitra for cooking excellent food for us. The property is very spacious and has 3 bedrooms with attached washrooms. ( 2 on 1st floor with huge balcony and 1 on ground floor), a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a dining space. They have washing machine too which again was very convenient as we stayed for 5 days. We would definitely like to stay here again. Cheers !

The only recommendation we have is to replace the existing sofa with more comfortable ones as that is the only sitting place in the entire villa where everyone sit together and spend more time.

The property is managed by 2 Nepali couples. Each has a role in the functioning of the place. We requested a meal or so which was really good. Breakfast was also very delicious. You have a menu to choose from and they will make it for you fresh. It was really good. The staff is vegetarian. Some very popular Goan joints are within a 10-15 minute drive from the property

The bathrooms were a little meh. Lighting was a little poor. But over all the stay was really good. Getting to the property was a bit of an ordeal as it is in the middle of nowhere.

A lovely gated community of villas which is a better alternative for a group of 6 or more members. The service from the staff, the facilities and access to rest of South Goa is excellent. We had a vehicle at our disposal which made travelling a lot easier.

Remote location.

We had a great stay at the villas for 3 nights. The staff: Naresh, Numa, Kumari, Pavitra, Tila were very attentive, courteous and polite. They treated us like family and catered to every request we had. Pools were always clean and they would clean it again upon our request. They made great homely food and took great care of us. Our kids had a great time with the adults and the kids at the property alike. We will stay here again and would like to recommend this place to all those visiting South Goa.

Nothing in the property it looks like an old styled villa with no amenities

Everything far inside very silent property seems very old fashioned beds very small pillows stinks

All good, no complaints at all. Pleasant and great experience.
