Crail 5 Bedroom Villa

Location is gorgeous and to be able to watch the boats and the water is so relaxing,it's a lovely village with lots to see and nice pubs,cafes and seaside walks. The kitchen,diner area is where we spent most of our time and is well designed and equipped with mostly everything you need.

It would have been nice to have a welcome pack on arrival and the boiler wasn't on so trying to sort that was a bit confusing if you didn't know what you were doing. The pictures are deceiving,there is no big couch so we all ended up sitting on the dining chairs and not enough outside seating for a large group,also no table outside or seating on upstairs mezzanine. The location makes up for it though. We enjoyed ourselves and if coming back know what to expect.

Beautiful location right opposite the sea and coastal path. Quiet location with lovely patio and balcony. Superb kitchen/dining room and comfortable bedrooms.

The sofas and most seats in the sitting room were too low for my parents as was the garden furniture so we took the comfortable dining chairs into the sitting room and onto the terrace which was fine. The downstairs shower was quite small and upstairs shower was over bath, again difficult for my parents but otherwise fine.

Great location and view. Lovely house

Some maintenance needs done on the property. Shower door not working properly. Garden furniture broken and needs replaced. No teapot., frying pan needs replaced. Small things like that.

we loved it all but would have been great to have some cushions on the garden furniture and maybe a bit more in the way of garden furniture. the weather was amazing but we felt we couldn’t utilise the garden.

The shared areas were fantastic. We were able to enjoy time together as a family in a warm and welcoming open space.

The property was a little pricey.

Plenty of space for our group. Loved the open plan kitchen/dining /lounge area. Good facilities. Great location and sea view from the back.

Could have been warmer in the bedrooms . Took a while and a phone call to find where the cutlery was . Could have done with extra dining chairs especially as we were there on Christmas Day.

We cooked a Christmas lunch for 6. We could have done with a couple more pans and two extra dinning chairs.
