Swimming pool, outdoor area, parking, open view of surround area from top of the hill, quiet location

A little suprise with water and electricity bill to pay at the end of stay. 120 euros for 9-day stay. They include a swimming pool pumping and filtering electricity use (which is 24/7 constantly switched on), not just what you use as guests (a/c, lighting e.t.c). Don't be surprised at the end of stay with extra to pay.

The view

Taxi don't go there. Google has the wrong location we were lost for 3 hours. Even when you find the location there is a huge climb up a mountain because taxi won't go there. They charge you for electricity and water when there is a pool?! And one of the showers didn't have hot water. Would not recommend.

Good views, nice rooms, great hosts. 7 of us stayed for a week and we enjoyed it, pool was great, nice chill areas, got the bbq on the go. Had everything we needed

Quite a steep hill to the Villa - but get used to it on mopeds

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we had an amazing stay. The villa is beautiful and although it is a little far out from the town it is easy to get a Bolt taxi which only takes 10 minutes.

Beautiful Villa, lovely private pool, well furnished, comfortable beds, amazing bathrooms. Nice views and staff are superb. The team here are super friendly and helpful. Overall a wonderful place and would stay again.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped with a beautiful pool and view.

The hills to the property were very steep so some taxis would not drive up to the door which meant a bit of a slug up the hill. Not a major problem, the hike was worth the view from the property.

"Good holidays in a nice villa with a beautiful view."

The villa is comfortable, spacious, with a swimming pool a beautiful view. The communication with the team is very easy and they meet all our demands. They provide us with a pick up at the airport and to the airport and some other trips to Chaweng. I will recommend to use their taxi services as the villa is in the mountain, so some taxis won't drive there.

We drove motorbikes to the villa (Honda Click and PCX) so even if the villa is in the mountain, we could easily go down and up. The slope is steep so be careful !
