Grand 5BR Pool Villa Sea la Vie

Het is een grote villa met veel ruimte en de villa ligt op een goede locatie.

The property is very spacious and the location is peaceful. You are close to both Rawai beach and Promthep. The house itself is very big so you can have a house party at night without disturbing the neighbours.

We faced A/C problem and bathroom leakage in one of the rooms but the staff was prompt to fix it within a day. Would appreciate if the bathrooms had an exhaust and if you could offer paid cleaning services as the house got very dirty after 4 days of no cleaning.

Excellent villa for the price, 9 of us stayed here for 16 nights and we enjoyed it, the area is quiet but 5 minutes walk to local town of Rawai. There is a few bars and restaurants literally just around the corner. The cleaners came every 3/4 days and did an excellent job, would most definitely stay here again.

Location of the villa was good with a short walk to Rawai restaurants and cafes. Main living areas, e.g. dining room and livingroom area were well furnished and comfortable. Each bedroom had it's own ensuite bathroom and wardrobe. Villa is spacious and there was plenty of room for two families of four to comfortably live for 2 weeks. Club Miracle were very responsive to all messages left in the WhatsApp group

Cleaning of the property was not as described in the 'Important Information" on Booking.com. It stated that cleaning services were provided 3 times per week and bed linen and towels were changed twice per week. Bedlinen was changed only once in 2 weeks and towels changed twice in 2 weeks. The second time, on New Years Eve, the towels were taken away and no clean ones were replaced. We had to follow this up with Club Miracle and towels were delivered to the property several hours later. There were continuous issues with the pool pump not working correctly for the first week and the water level dropping. This was raised with Club Miracle several times and pool issue was finally resolved on the 10th day into the holiday. The property bathrooms need some attention. The downstairs bedroom ensuites toilet and shower leaked and had to be repaired by the maintenance team. Generally the kitchen equipment was adequate however more glassware should be provided. The villa sleeps 10 people and there were only three matching wine glasses and a handful of other mismatched glassware.

There are 5 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 10 guests. The villa has a ~150 deep pool which a 9 year-old kid could enjoy with a care from an adult. Ohh also a BBQ pit. It’s always fun to have a little BBQ party with friends and family. The staff were kind and helpful staff especially Rachel. Everything was just so fast, easy, and smooth from the day we checked in to the day we checked out. In terms of service, I gotta say, the Club Miracle is a miracle club. They provided us with an exceptional service.

The cleanliness has got to be improved. I mean, it doesn’t have to be spotless. Well, you know what I mean.
