"The Sanctuary Langkawi was perfect for our family - quiet but central location with a wonderful host"

The host was friendly and had many great recommendations for how to spend our four days on the island. Each morning he surprised us with a different local breakfast, as well as providing croissants, toast and other pastries. The place itself is a short drive from the Pantai Cenang and it is definitely walkable too (30 min or so). The location is peaceful and green, and we saw lots of monkeys close by. We had the place including the pool to ourselves, and it was spacious for a family of five.

"Great stay"

Hiew was a fantastic host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his villa. Our room was spacious, with a lovely patio that added to the charm. The swimming pool was a highlight, and we appreciated that it was cleaned daily. Hiew’s attentiveness and willingness to share his local knowledge made our experience even more special. His tips and insights were incredibly helpful for exploring Langkawi. I cannot recommend this place highly enough as a perfect base for anyone visiting Langkawi.

"An absolute sanctuary! You will love it!"

This is an absolute sanctuary! This lovely accommodation is peaceful, safe, and quiet, but just a few minutes' Grab ride out of town. The rooms are stylish, cool, and spacious, and we loved the private pool. Breakfast is amazing. Hiew and his wife are delightful, generous hosts!

Beautiful place, very clean, comfortable good size rooms. Nice terrace with a view of monkeys jumping in the trees. You will love staying here. The host served us a delicious local breakfast every day. Everyone is very polite and hospitable. We will be gladly come back here.

"Idyllic place to stay"

It is such a beautiful location and home. We could not have been made more welcome. The rooms are so spacious and the hosts super friendly. We were made a different local breakfast each morning plus we had fruit yoghurt and pastries. The location is very close to Cenang beach but it is so quiet like being in a quiet village. Taxi to Cenang beach only 7 myr
