Baan Pinya Cosy One Bedroom Executive Bungalow

A home away from home. Never felt so comfortable and at ease on a trip away. Pin was the most friendly, welcoming host and made sure we had everything we needed. The house itself is beautifully furnished and decorated. Great aircon in both rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with a variety of coffee makers available (e.g. moka pot and french press), although we got Grab food deliveries more than cooking! You will need a taxi for most places, but Grab is so cheap and quick it's not a problem and worth it for the tranquility (you will only hear birds during the stay). Having said that there is an incredible Italian (Johnny's), a great authentic Thai restaraunt (Yim's), a cheap gym and also a Mother Marche supermarket all within 15 mins walk if you don't mind heading down the road.

Everything was perfect, location, amazing host, everything clean, can't complain... Also the host helped us to get a bike.

All perfect. Would be just nice to have a swimming pool or possibility to visit some pool nearby.

For sensitive people this might be an issue. Crowing rooster wakes up around 5 am and keeps crowing until 8am. As we sleep with earplugs (berushi) then it is absolutelly not an issue for us. Otherwise it is brilliant property.

Hele mooie 2 persoons villa. Alles ziet er werkelijk als nieuw uit. Eigenaresse Pin is zeer behulpzaam als je vragen hebt of iets wilt regelen.

We absolutely loved everything about this property from the very first communication before our arrival to the moment we checked out. Pin is truly the greatest host ever. The villa was fantastic, fully equipped with everything we needed, and it felt incredibly comfortable, just like home. Pin organized a motorcycle for us, helped us arrange things whenever we needed, and gave us so many useful recommendations. Her hospitality made our stay not only convenient, but also very special. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip, and we would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay! The owner is such a lovely woman—she greeted us like old friends and was incredibly helpful and caring. She even rented a scooter for us in advance, so when we checked in, we didn’t have to go searching for one. The place itself is beautiful—a garden filled with flowers and birds singing, far from the noise of the streets. The villa is stylish, with a very comfortable bed, huge shower, a cooler with drinking water. Everything is new and spotlessly clean. I felt at peace in this place and enjoyed every minute of my stay!

Nothing! The place is magical :) Just a small reminder—you will need a car or scooter in this area, as it may be quite far from restaurants and beaches. However, for me, this location was a plus—a peaceful place just a 10-minute drive from Ao Nang Beach.

the accommodation was spotlessly clean and new or very well maintained, the bedding and towels fresh and clean. We like to cook breakfasts in the morning then eat out later for lunch or dinner, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our short 2 night stay. I think we could have stayed here very comfortably for a week no problem. The house and garden are really lovely, safe with locking gate and in a quiet location. Lovely to sit outside and relax in the garden in the morning. You need a car or use of taxi because its not so close to centre of Krabi, but that suited us we had hired car and prefer the peace and quiet. Perfect place to explore the area.

This is by far the best place I have ever had the pleasure of renting. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. Thai people are great in general but Pin was above and beyond that. I look forward to visiting again in the future. The house is incredible and the garden is to die for. Thanks again Pin we love you.
