Open fire was lovely and pre-prepared for first light was enjoyable Good amenity in bathrooms Clean and well presented villa with lovely views

No kindling available to start a second fire Difficult to work out how to heat the rooms so took us some time. Were not aware of the radiator heaters as no information in compendium

"Family holiday with small child and baby completely ruined"

Communication with the property manager regarding power supply issues were very poor The property should not have been available to let over a prolonged period of power outages which were pre planned and should have been communicated before arrival
