Very clean tidy warm, great comfy beds and waterfall shower, nice thick towels. Good communication. Small and quaint, perfect for our short stay. Good locality to our event in Puhoi.

(Breakfast n/a)No cooking facilities except microwave, toaster, kettle. Could do with hotplate and pots and pans etc. Arrived late planned to but couldn't cook our family dinner, had to venture out again to find something to eat. Parking which will only get worse when street is fully developed. Son is on crutches so dropping him off, getting luggage to from car etc double parked before finding parking in the rain. 👎 Shower leaked, slipped on water on tiles outside bathroom door. Had to be cautious especially with son on crutches

Reasonable location...not walking distance. Nice big TV...appreciated toys, and sweets for small boy!!

More electric points.. for fans,sleep machine, bedlights....
