Rohotu Fare

Un séjour hors du temps dans un lieu aussi beau qu’apaisant. Nous avons été touchés par l’atmosphère unique de Rohotu Fare, le charme du jardin et la douceur de vivre qui règne ici. Même si le soleil n’a pas été au rendez-vous chaque jour, nous avons été ravis d’avoir choisi cet endroit, où il fait bon se poser et profiter pleinement de chaque instant, quel que soit le temps. Merci d’avoir créé un lieu aussi inspirant, où l’on se sent immédiatement bien, comme hors du monde. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et l’envie de revenir.

We loved everything about Rohotu Fare! We wanted to experience Bora Bora and this place did not disappoint. The walk to the bungalow was through a beautiful garden with statues and artifacts. The room itself was amazing!There was so much detail and thought put into the decor. The bathroom was a special treat with a fountain for the shower! We would have loved to spend one more day talking with Nir and leaning about all his travels and his experience in building Rhotu Fare. Maybe on our next trip!

Me and my wife have traveled a lot. Around the world, all types of accomodations including luxurious resorts and 5 star boutique hotels. But let me tell you, Rohotu Fare is something else. If I have to use tge word exceptional for only one accomodation, it would be Rohotu Fare. Lush garden better than many botanical gardens around the world. Absolutely stunning villas with old world charm. The owner Nir is almost like some book character of an adventurer, collector, visionary and a dreamer who makes dreams come true. Incredible hospitality by him and his wife Tiare. Loved every second of our stay and all the insights Nir and Tiare gave us. It has been a pleasure and honor to stay at Rohotu Fare. Thanks for making our honeymoon truly unforgetable.

Fantastic views over the bay and Mount Otemanu, unbelievably well thought through garden and room design. Absolutely special and one of a kind accommodation.

Rohotu Fare war unser Lieblingsaufenthalt während unserer dreiwöchigen Reise durch Französisch-Polynesien. Die Lodge sieht aus wie ein Museum – und doch fühlt man sich sofort wie zu Hause. Unser Deluxe-Zimmer war sehr geräumig und bot eine unschlagbare Panoramaaussicht – sowohl auf die Lagune als auch auf den majestätischen Mount Otemanu. Es war liebevoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Das offene Badezimmer war einfach atemberaubend! Im Garten hatte man das Gefühl, mitten im Regenwald von Bali zu sein. Trotz des naturnahen Ambientes war die Lodge während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts makellos sauber – wir sind keiner einzigen Spinne begegnet! Unser Gastgeber Nir war unglaublich zuvorkommend, aber nie aufdringlich. Wann immer wir Hilfe brauchten, war er sofort zur Stelle und hatte großartige Tipps für unsere Ausflüge. Besonders gut hat uns die 32 km lange Fahrradtour rund um die Insel gefallen – die Fahrräder waren sogar im Preis inbegriffen. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts in Rohotu Fare unsere polynesische Hochzeit auf Bora Bora – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Ich bin überzeugt, dass unser Fotoshooting bei der Vorbereitung viel schöner gelungen ist als die Bilder in den überteuerten Overwater-Bungalows der großen Resorts.

Das einzige Negative war, dass wir nur vier Tage dort gebucht hatten. Aber eines ist sicher: Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Peaceful atmosphere in a tropical garden setting. Decor was unique with artifacts from Polynesia. Hosts were exceptional.

Just everything. First off, Nir our host. He's simply an amazing person, an adventurer in essence. He taught us so much about his lodge that he built from scratch quite a few years back. Then the accommodation is stunning with loads of surprises and discoveries, you're right in the middle of the Bora Bora jungle. Nir was super helpful and drove us around when we needed. Thanks mate, make sure you don't change anything. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed!
