Location,location,location.The place is remote but beautiful.The owner communicated final directions through WhatsApp.Spoke English.Thoughtfully and stylishly appointed rooms.Rustic location but very modern conveniences.

Coffee was great

no charcoal for grill, fridge in kitchen was cooling really badly and the freezer too, it took a bit more time to heat up the common kitchen, but OK

Nuno was a great host! We were hiking the GR1, which is around 4k from the house, and he actually gave us a lift so that we didn't have to hike in the dark. Nuno went above and beyond to help us during our stay, granting us access to a kitchen (which our room didn't have) and giving us lots of information about our surroundings. We intend to come back, next time to actually stay a while longer and enjoy the place, which is just beautiful!

Spectacular location, mountain walks, restaurant walking distance from the house. Beautiful garden. Terrace with amazing view leading from the bedroom.

I would have appreciated bedside lights next to the bed for reading at night.
