The property is absolutely breathtaking, offering a spectacular view over Pistoia. The large pool is a standout feature, perfectly positioned to take in the stunning scenery. Inside, the bedrooms are beautifully traditional, showcasing classic Italian style, and everything was spotlessly clean.

The property is quite secluded, which adds to its charm, but it can be challenging to reach by car due to the narrow access. However, the local train station is just a 10-minute walk away and was very reliable—trains consistently arrived on time.

Location was wonderful. The house was large and comfortable.

Almost all bed were double beds; it was somehow inconvenient for people that don't sleep together. The access road to the villa was difficult in the last two kilometers.

The hostess is very lovely and extremely helpful. Any issues and questions were handled straight away. The property is very spacious and has a lovely view. The beds, towels and bathrooms were very clean.

The road to the property is very difficult, as it is very steep, narrow and winding. If you are not used to those kind of roads it can be a challenge. It stopped us from leaving the house as much as we otherwise would. It would be nice if that was noted in the property description, so we were prepared when making the reservation. The air conditioning was very noisy, so we couldn’t leave them on during the night. Some of the rooms had mosquito nets on the windows, so they could be left open during the night which helped. We had to cook for 14 people and the kitchen could use an update.
