"Gorgeous"

The Villa was so tranquil and gorgeous.It was very clean, the bed was comfy and the space had everything you would need to be right at home.There was coffee, snacks and cooking essentials (spices/oil/pots/pans). The location was great, about a 25min walk from everything. The hosts were very friendly, as were their two small dogs who always greeted us.It was so nice to have a peaceful spot to come back too, after a day of exploring. I would definitely return!

The house was fully equipped with a food and beverage welcome package (handy when arriving late and in need of breakfast the next day!) Ancient building, very nicely restaured with a modern feel to it

The bathroom is a bit inconvenient if travelling with kids. The shower floor is slippery for them. A toilet adapter could also be convenient (is cheap and could be easily hidden in the bathroom cupboard)

This Perugian house is a hidden gem! The brilliant design, spotless cleanliness, and beautiful, airy surroundings that you can enjoy through the large windows... Apart from its beauty, everything is very comportable and thouthful: we appreciated the most convinient kitchen in Italy, cozy bedroom and spacy bathroom. I also fell in love with the rich library dedicated to art and photography. Located just a 20-minute walk from the historical center yet nestled in a forest close to Via di Francesco, it strikes the perfect balance. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

"Beautiful huge apartment near an amazing city"

The apartment is huge and stunning, even more beautiful than it looks in the photos. Very luxurious. It feels like the countryside but only a 20 minute walk into town. Coffee and breakfast were already there, and the hosts were very friendly. Brilliant place to stay
