"Exceptional"

The house is located a 5 min walk from the entrance to the old center, but still in a very quiet area. The communication with the owner was very prompt and the instructions were simple and clear. The house is sufficiently spacious for 7 people. Big livingroom and a fully equipped kitchen at the ground floor. 2 rooms and a bathroom on the first floor and another room in the penthouse. There was no A/C unit in the house, however we did not need it, as the house keeps a nice cool atmosphere. Everything was very clean. Overall, a beautiful place I would recommend to anyone wanting to spend a few days in Sibiu.

Not a dislike, but maybe worth mentioning the parking is quite complicated at the location. The inner garden is quite narrow and does not fit more than 2 cars. However, there are plenty of parking areas around, within walking distance, so we had absolutely no trouble leaving the car there.

"Overpriced tourist trap"

Owner is helpful. There are 5 beds in the house.

This is a tourist trap in slams. The apt is mis advertised with untrue photos describing the outside of the property. If fact it is a slam on a main street out of the old city. Bad odor inside, especially in kitchen. we did not enjoy it and paying 235 euro a night is charged like a 4 star hotel with breakfast, so just another tourist trap.
