We had a very disappointing stay. First, the host tried to get us to book privately outside of Booking.com, which felt unprofessional and unsafe. Once we arrived, we discovered they had not registered us with the government system, which is illegal and could have caused us serious legal trouble. This alone is unacceptable. We had no hot water for two days, and then again for three more days. On the upper floor, where the bathroom was, there was almost no water pressure at all. We couldn’t flush the toilet or take a shower. This was extremely difficult, especially with small children. Our kids got sick as a result. We were told the house was near the beach, but when we arrived, we were told the beach was closed until June 1st. This was not mentioned in the listing. We booked the house for the beach, and it wasn’t usable. The host promised to book a hotel room as a solution, but never did. Our vacation was ruined. I do not recommend this place at all.

The place is cosy, old family house in the very nice are - closer to beach (300 m). This is great place for family or Group of friends trip. You have 3 seperate rooms, two toilets and salon with Kitchen. On Kitchen lever there is also a small terrace with furniture - great for dinner. Second terrace is on the roof. There is a planty of space for 4-5 persons. Nearby you will find beach bar - not tourist focused one but rather for locals. Offer is not very extensive but with very interesting local food and very cheap (like really really cheap). You can easy park your Car on the Street and you need a Car, because the house is located a little off the nearby city. There are few hotels nearby but the shop/market is like 6 km away. In general we had great time - the house is located 24 km from Side and 40 km from Alanya. Great place to visit both locations.

House is old, so dont expect 5 stars hotel standard and furniture. But it has a climate of family place. Its good for the price!

We liked it all. Esra and Erhan are great people. They helped us with everything we needed. We highly recommend to stay at their place and will definitely come again. The area is very quiet, the sea is clean and the private beach is not crowded at all. Our family enjoyed it.

Everything. It was the best time to come. It's the end of the season. Not many holiday makers about. It was nice and peaceful. We had the beach to ourselves. Snorkeling everyday. Bliss. We're definitely coming back. Thanks for everything 👍😍😁

The villa provides cozy garden and a terrace with barbeque that truly make you feel like you're in vacation. The villa itself is well-furnished. With three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area, it felt like a home away from home. The terrace with sunbeds on the top floor is a good spot if you lazy enough to go to the beach. Special thanks to Esra and Erhan for their hospitality during our stay. Their willingness to provide information and assist us with any needs greatly enhanced our experience. Thank you for providing such a delightful retreat for us! Our moms were so excited!

I stayed with my siblings and our mom for two weeks, and we really loved the place. It is very well maintained, spacious, located in a quiet neighborhood, and very close to the beach with umbrellas, chairs, and a shower. There are wonderful views of the mountains from the top floor, and the ground floor terrace is great. The appliances, including a dishwasher, and washer, worked well. The internet was good for a few of us to work remotely simultaneously. The hosts are incredible people, they were helpful in so many different ways, from ordering water and fresh local meat for us to helping out with a few personal things. We would definitely love to come back!

Cosy villa in a village. Really nice for family vacation. Host was very friendly and helpful.

House is big and has a garden. It's very close to private silent beach.

Generally we didnt have any difficulties. It was very good for a holiday.
