OceanView Villa

Location was excellent as the villa is at the end of the street which made the location to be quiet. We were a bit skeptical about booking the villa due to the reviews we had seen on line. However we had limited options for obtaining accommodation at other rentals and were really had to book the villa Once we entered the villa and looked around we were pleasantly surprised . We found it to be clean and fresh. The space is huge and was more than we needed. The location is private and is not too far from the beach. We found the property manager to be helpful and although our stay was short, she gave us some information which helped us to make the most of our stay in the island. Overall we felt comfortable . We are on our way to Guyana and will certainly book the villa on our way back home.

The villa should have Smart TV. However the property manager indicated that they were in the process of acquiring one so I will see if they keep their word on my return.

I loved the location, the house was very spacious. The view was awesome 👌.

The house was very old and dilapidated. The walls needed to be painted, mold was seen on the walls. The bathroom very out dated , mismatched cabinet, very old faucets. The toilet seat look as if they were installed when the house was originally build. Don't get me started on the fact that there was no AC downstairs only in the bedrooms. It was very hot we had to ask for an additional fan for downstairs. The appliances are very old. All in all the house needs repairs.

The location was good . Accommodation very roomy and generous in proportions. The host was very accommodating and helpful.

The bedrooms were a bit scant of comfort items. No bedside cabinets or bed side lamps. Bathroom did not have safety rails. The stair well was a bit dangerous for children and adults. Given my limited mobility issues it required safety hand rails as it was very steep. The accommodation could benefit from a lower level bedroom for disability and some hand rails at the entry steps.. The prices quoted could have been consistent. Host was very receptive of our suggestions for improvements..

Everything was clean. Didn't know where to put garbage,no one told us,one bathroom seat need changing,it is disgusting. Should be changed for other customer

Beds were perhaps a bit too high up for the kids.

My family and I like the spaciousness of the house. It was also easy to communicate with the owner. The location was great. Value for money the environment was clean. My daughter felt comfortable. A few repairs needed but overall, very good, comfortable stay. I would definitely book this ocean villa.

Although it was very hot, I dislike the fact that the lower level had no AC eve but there was a number of fans that help cool the house. The cable shows were low rated. Wi-Fi was not working properly it kept going in and out.
