Kedvező ár, kedves személyzet. Nagyon tágas, nagy társaságok is jól elférnek. Több autó is elfér az udvarban. A környezet nagyon nyugodt, egy kicsi, csendes utcában van, autóforgalom szinte nincs.

Egy tűzrakó hely kialakítása praktikus lenne az udvarban. Néhány konyhai eszköz műanyag részét korabbi vendégek megolvasztották, ezeket érdemes lenne kicserélni. Kevés volt az evőeszköz, 5 db villa nem elég egy 10+ férőhelyes szállásra.
