La casa è proprio come la si vede in foto. Molto accogliente, dotata di tutto l'occorrente per il soggiorno. Tutte le stanze sono dotate di aria condizionata, molto spaziose con numerosi posti letto, che si adattano anche a gruppi numerosi. Abbiamo apprezzato la presenza della lavastoviglie e lavanderia. L'host Stefano ci ha accolti con arancini, scacce e bibite fresche. Consiglieremo sicuramente Villa Oliana ai ns conoscenti.

"Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Sizilien reisen, gerne wieder in die Villa Oliana."

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, der Gastgeber Stefano hat uns freundlich empfangen. Ebenso waren zur Begrüssung ein paar Snacks und Getränke vorbereitet. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschiene, Waschmaschiene, Trockner, Klima in jedem Zimmer).

Der Tisch auf der Hauptterrasse war etwas klein nur für 4 Personen geeignet. Nur die Sanitäranlagen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, waren aber trotzdem sauber.

La disponibilità del proprietario nel risolvere un paio di piccoli problemi che si sono verificati, risolti in men che non si dica. Questo aspetto.mi ha lasciato veramente a bocca aperta! La posizione era abbastanza centrale anche se sta in posizione tranquilla e riservata, senza abitazioni davanti..

Leggermente buia la zona giorno e da rinnovare le padelle e magari integrare con una bistecchiera in ghisa.

Very good location, quiet and with nearest supermercado, the beach and city “center” within walking distance. The villa is very nice, well equipped and comfortable and the host Stefano is super.
