I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to provide feedback on our recent stay at your property, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere were particularly commendable, creating a positive impression upon our arrival.

However, I feel it's important to bring to your attention a concern that impacted our stay. We booked the property with the expectation of having three separate rooms, but upon arrival, we discovered that there were only two rooms available. This situation posed an inconvenience as two individuals had to share a room, which deviated from our initial arrangement. While we understand that misunderstandings can occur, guests need to receive the accommodations they have booked and paid for. This situation did affect our overall experience negatively.
