The host expected me one day later and the house was not really ready/clean. Thanks to my Thai friends I was able to move in at the time agreed in the contract.

the kitchen was not well equipped. Pans were old and unusable. Many lightbulbs were broken and I had to replace them. The house was cleaned only once in two weeks.
