"Bad location but spacious apartment"

The apartment is so spacious!

Location of the apartment is bad. Very hard to find. The house is also dusty. Not children and elderly friendly as the stair poses tripping hazard. The whole apartment has only 1 bathroom and toilet, which is a bad point as well.
