The most incredible staying in Sri Lanka ever, Very nice location,running river view,very cooperative staff+cooking any desired meals for free(3 meals).it’s worthing the amount payed.Thanks and I would definitely visit it again and again.

The road was a bit difficult but it’s definitely worths to go through it.

Breathtaking location where you should simply turn off your phone and enjoy the surrounding nature

The staff doesn’t speak English, and the blankets were had some dirty spots. The swimming pool is not very clean, and it takes 7 hours to prepare, we therefore could not use it.

Our travel group included 5 month old baby to 70 year old adult. Since the villa is constructed over natural stream ( which acted as a susher for my baby) an amazing sleep is well guaranteed. It is surrounded by utter peace and tranquility.The staff especially caretaker Mr. Priyantha took care of all our need. He is a gem of a person. His smile is infectious and cooks such delicious meals.The plunge pool with heating feature is a plus for this place and we had a great time. Villa also has water dispenser, which all breastfeeding mothers would appreciate as it helped me keep myself hydrated. Loved this plac and we had a wonderful time. Only regret, we should have booked this place for atleast one week rather than 3 days. Will definitely return again and will recommend it to friends and families back in India.

Amazing place and fantastic staff who made every effort to make our stay enjoyable and Priyantha made our stay unforgettable! The food was delicious, the rooms were big spacious and really comfortable. My children loved the river to play in and would happily just play among the rocks. The plunge pool is there which is an extra bonus. The place speaks for itself and we would love to return. Priyantha is the gem making this place so special, he was very kind to our multi generational family and we thank him for making so much effort to make our stay relaxing!

Nobody clean are rooms The staff did not know to speak English And they didn't have the ability to understand The food was never enough for 6 persons us the owner promised The water in the shower it was less preassure The jacuzzi was never ready the time we had arranged

Priyantha and his amazing friendly team looked after us beautifully from the moment we arrived. They presented us with cold coconuts and showed us around the villa, so we were made to feel very welcome. They cooked some of the most delicious food that we ate during our time in Sri Lanka, and were very accommodating of the children's requirements. They were always on hand and eager to please, but never intrusive. Sati Villa is a unique property in a stunning location - situated over a stream that provides the most soothing background noise. The huge windows mean you really feel engaged with the natural environment. We loved the minimalist (yet comfortable) style, and all the rooms were a very generous size. The kids loved the jacuzzi and were endlessly entertained by foraging in the stream and exploring in the garden. I had been concerned about excessive mosquitos, but it really wasn't a problem at all. As some previous reviews note this house is in a very rural and quiet location, so if you want to have easy access to Kandy then it would not be the house for you. However if you want a truly relaxing experience of being immersed in nature, and to be served delicious local food, then I cannot recommend this house highly enough.
