Muthu Nila villas- Mirissa

Huge and very confortable and nice villa with a pool, with everything brand new and fancy inside the room. We stayed with two little kids and they loved the place. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to offer variety of breakfast options for my son as they noted he was a bit fussy with his food. This was very much appreciated by my son. The breakfast options are plentiful and delicious. The inclusion of the swimming pool was another great addition for keeping the children entertained.

Bijzonder leuk, gelegen een stuk van de drukte en een bijzonder aardig stel en personeel. Ze regelde alles voor je. Lekker rustig een eigen dompelbad. Zeer ruime kamer. Je kon lekker voor liggen. Wilde naar het strand dan regelde de eigenaar een tuk tuk voor je. Wilde je wat drinken en chips op de kamer dan ging hij het halen. Erg bijzonder. Een heerlijk ontbijt en als je wilde avond eten, wel vooraf bestellen.

Het privézwembad bij de villa was geweldig. Ook fijn dat we elke dag een gratis ritje met de tuk-tuk naar Mirissa kregen

This property definitely needs some explanation. The photos of the pool look amazing, and the pool itself is very nice, although quite cold. The view from the pool and the small terrace next to it is beautiful and one of the highlights of the stay. However, the house itself is very old. The shower has very low water pressure, and the kitchen is outdated and not very hygienic. In fact, the entire house is in need of a full renovation. On the positive side, the beds are comfortable and the bed linen is good. A big plus is Lalith, who is an excellent host and clearly a perfectionist when it comes to helping guests and taking care of things. Do keep in mind that there is little to no privacy when staying here. We really liked the location: a bit further away from Mirissa, which made it quieter and more peaceful. We rented scooters, and within 10 minutes you can reach several beautiful beaches. For us, the quieter setting was actually a big advantage.

The house need to be fully renovated, and you will have no privacy.

This is a perfect place for anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality stay with top-notch service. I highly recommend Mththu Nila Villas and would definitely choose to stay here again.

It’s only a 15min ride from the main beach area so can’t really complain about anything.

We really liked the house and pool area. All facilities are nice and clean. With the house there is a friendly and service minded manager, serving breakfast and snacks and help you with tuk tuks.

Not much but the distance to the beach and the restaurants in the city was to far to walk. To compensate for that, one way in tuk tuk is payed the staff.
