The villa itself was fantastic for our needs, well maintained and inside was gorgeous. Everything you would expect from a top quality villa. One of the best interiors we've been in, and I've been visiting florida for nearly 30years.

All in all fantastic stay and experience! Few minor points for me to note, pool cleaning was few and far between compared to other Communities. Where they would skim and clean everyday, however this villa they cleaned only once, this was evident by the Mark's on the side of the pool, and amount of bugs not removed on the surface every morning, and still present throughout the stay and evening. Resulting in us doing this ourselves every day, where as previous pool keepers would do this and check PH levels. Another point to note was the "HotTub" it was not heated, only jets. I've never paid for pool heating in previous villas and this was never a problem with the Tub being cold, only pool. Maybe this was the case here though however, but thought was worth a mention, if your expecting a "hot" hottub. But all in all, was a great villa, and would 100% return next year after clarifying the above as these are minor! Would highly recommend it, as everything else was fantastic, upto date, great location and well maintained inside! Thank you :)

The house was great. Easy to get in and out once we went through the security check. It's a lovely gated community. It was a decent house just decided to stay at hotels going forward for less money out of pocket compared to renting a house. THis was our first and last time staying at a house privately owned home.

There was no extra toilet paper no extra trash bags expected to take the trash out but no replacement bags. We lost A/C we communicated this as we weren't aware that we lost A/C till we got back to the house. We were away from the house the whole day then it took 3 hours to get it fixed. The owner didn't believe us that the A/C was out and kept saying it was the pool as we had also lost power due to storms. Very frustrated with the whole situation. We paid good money and respect to the property but when the owner doubts and takes the word of a neighbor who wasn't in the house to know what is going on when it's almost 90 degrees in the house and we are saying there is no A/C. Then I would tend to believe the people who are going through the experience. Also, the owner posts signs on the temperature stay at 73 in the house at all times, and have control on her phone so you couldn't change it if you wanted to.
