I did not like being watched invasion of my privacy is illegal. I am a 61 year-old veteran from South Carolina. I’m not a juvenile delinquent I came to Florida to have a gathering for my cousins 35th anniversary and I or they did not enjoy ourselves.

"The location to the parks & downtown Orlando qs great, if the house had the issues aboved fixed I’d stay here again."

I like the location and that jacuzzi. Those were the only good things.

First day I show at 3:30pm as stated in my email, and when I got there the cleaners where still in the household until 4:30pm. Ok I’m not gonna let that ruin my time. Then I get into the house. The shades in the kitchen/dinner room are broken and falling off. The screen on the sliding porch up stairs is broken. The sink is leaking and spraying water all over, master bathroom had mold on the shower head, paint is on the stairs edges, but the big Kicker is that The A/C did not work.

The couple that stayed in the downstairs room felt it was too warm despite air conditioning.

Absolutely beautiful home, awesome pool, wonderful and safe location. Even just driving through the neighborhood was beautiful. It was definitely a good size for a family/group. The game room in garage is a nice addition for something fun to do.

No instructional manual at property and nobody ever brought one by or emailed one yet was told multiple times everything we needed was in it. The pool heat/ waterfall in the hot tub / pool kept shutting off at 6:45 ish each night. Hot tub was not even hot when it was “on”. End of a pool cue was broken when we tried to play. But these were just minor things and manager did respond when I contacted. Awesome place.

It was perfect for a large family, large sitting room, plenty of shared space, pool was a good size and the outside area was perfect. The master bedroom with balcony was spot on for an early morning coffeee
