Villa Gioia

The hosts were awesome and the house was beautiful. We appreciated a lot of the touches - bottle of wine in the refrigerator, the kitchen was stocked with some basics, the amenities in the bathrooms were really nice. They provided beach towels and there was laundry on site. We had a blown fuse one night and the hosts were very responsive on sending their housekeeper over to fix it at the main switch (a rockstar, it was 10pm). The pool is great (a little chilly) and the access to the bay is super easy - down a few houses across the street. Getting to Tivat and Kotor was very easy.

The village is a little bit remote, so be prepared to drive to restaurants or the grocery store (or stock up before you get there). There is a small market down the street, but otherwise it's a residential neighborhood.

This place is amazing to stay with a friends. Plenty of space, sea is nearby. Owner is very helpful, if you need a taxi or a boat or wanna have chef to prepare you a meal, anything - she always will help. Highly recommend

The only concern is if you are on budget and want to go to supermarkets or to Tivat or Kotor - its not a walkable distance, but besides that - amazing place. Personally for me it was not an issue at all.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this beautiful house in Montenegro! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the serene environment. The house is spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The modern amenities, combined with the cozy, traditional touches, made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—secluded enough for peace and relaxation, yet close enough to explore the charming local towns and breathtaking nature around us. We especially loved spending time on the terrace, enjoying meals with a backdrop of the mountains and sea. It was the perfect spot for unwinding after a day of adventures. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The absolut best part was the private pier where we spent time at everyday, from morning swim to relaxation after a busy day. All in all, this house was the perfect base for our Montenegrin getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing vacation.

Our stay at the house was wonderful, but if we had to mention one small thing we missed, it would be bigger sitting area just by the pool so more of us could sit down there will swimming. Other would be having stairs inside between first and second floor.

Words can’t describe how amazing my experience was in Montenegro and staying at Villa Gioia. Dracia went above and beyond for our stay and made my 30th birthday trip so special for me. I couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay! From the cake on arrival to the balloons and helping me organise things for the day, I can’t say thank you enough. The house was amazing, the facilities were great, her hospitality was phenomenal. I truly can’t think of any improvements. If you’re looking for a place where the service and hospitality is 10/10 this is it. Thank you so so so much!

Gioia Villa probably is one of the best option in Tivat for group of people (5-8 persons). The villa has two floors, private swimming pool, terrace at both floors. Also, full equipped kitchen and washing machine for clothes. The villa has very good location (about 15-20 minutes) from porto Montenegro and has wonderful sea view. The villa is super clean. Special thanks for owners kindness, support and advices.

The best holiday place so far. We liked everything about this villa. The hosts were amazing, Goran and Dragica made us feel like at home. Would recommend to everybody. They offered everything you need to just sit and relax, even the boat ride we did with them and loved every second of it. Definitely will visit again:)

Very clean and tidy house, equipped with everything you need and more. It has an amazing view, is located in a quiet neighborhood and you have your own privacy. The owner is very helpful, he provided us with all information needed and made our stay comfortable and memorable. We will for sure come back!
