4 Bed Villa Private Pool and BBQ Jomtien Beach

After hearing the truth from my folks, nothing at all.

Upon check-in, there was no drinking water provided. The staff informed my parents that they would go get drinking water from a nearby convenience store. Our family friend mentioned that, if possible, Crystal drinking water would be preferable, as my father has a health condition that requires him to consume only that brand. However, we clarified that any available drinking water would be acceptable if Crystal was not an option. That evening, Ching, one of the owners, contacted our family friend and insisted that we check out immediately after the inquiry regarding Crystal drinking water. Such behavior from the property owner is concerning and unacceptable. It was noted by the staff that Ching often has mood swings, which may be a personal issue, but it is unacceptable for such behavior to be directed towards customers.

Well presented villa and spacious air con and fans available. Swimming pool and area very comfortable cooking facilities excellent even a washing machine to catch up on some fresh clothes. Staff organised taxi for us. Highly recommended

Didn’t find any negatives

First of all the booking process was very easy and fast.I had booked on behalf of a family member so I was a little nervous Incase things didn’t go well but everything exceeded both my family member and mines expectations.Jenny was an amazing host and was very helpful when it came to contacting her ,she greeted all the guests positively 👍definitely would recommend if you go there as there’s all the facilities you will need so will not disappoint you

The villa was nicely set up and had private rooms for each guest with communal areas

At first the location seemed bit away from shops and 7/11 but once there it was only 8 minutes walk to shops and bolt worked perfectly fine

Location was perfect. Quiet and peaceful yet within a 10 minute walk of the shops and restaurants. Staff greeted us and helped us to settle in. We will definitely be coming back.

Big swimming pool, a quiet place, big living room.

Too many cooking utensils and used flavorings in the kitchen. We didn't find the garbage bag.

We really enjoyed out stay here, it’s very homey, everything is just right, good size of everything, comfortable living room, spacious kitchen, nice bedrooms with very comfortable beds, children enjoyed the pool a lot, they spent the whole day in the pool, the bbq set is great, we were quite lucky that the weather was good during our stay, so we could enjoy our lunch, dinner and late night talk by the pool. We will come back for sure.

Its not beachside, but we were not really planning to go to the beach as the pool is all we need with the children.

The owner is very attentive, check-in and check-out are easy and convenient, the house is located in a quiet area, the house area has a good relaxation area, the pool is clean and there are kitchen equipment for cooking. I would like to book again.
