Villa Exotic

In overall I really dont know where to start on this Property. I have been a really strict and harsh review member of Booking and I would say that this Property had reached nearly the Highest Standards almost of all Properties that I have been thru Booking and I consider my self a really Frequent Traveler. First the Host when we reached there from the stunning place that we arrived we could not even say proper Hi to the Host as we needed to catch some Breath from that Breathtaking place. The Host Mr. Pero that is the most decent and nice person so far I have ever met. The Place, the Housing I dont even know where to begin with, CLEAN/COMFORT/NEW/HUGE YARD/SWIMMING POOL/DEPTH of the POOL/BBQ Area/Out door dinning Area/SECURE PARKING/COMPLETE FULLY OPERATIONA KITCHEN WITH ALL THE EQ. I mean LITERARRY if Booking Provides highest Grade 10 for reviews I would give my 11 Grade to this place to the Hosts to Everything. And to give the best the VIEW especially Mornings and Evenings something that you dont see every day, view of the Lake and View of the Mountains, I mean just a place that every one of us that needs to see with your own eyes. On a TOP of Everything the Hosts really took their time to this place on how to Design it, it feels that you are really in some Exotic Place on Earth, all the Greenery all the Palm Trees I mean WOW. SPECIAL THANKS to the HOSTS, and their effort for our PERFECT STAY there. Thank you Gabriela and Pero I will see you again next WEEK need to COME AND COME BACK OVER AND OVER AGAIN Here to RECHARGE my Life BATTERY.

If someone states some kind of Negative opinion to this place needs first to read my comments as it requires some really hard opinion to beat this place in any of the Criteria's.

The house is great, with a very nice garden and swimming pool. While we were there, it was very hot (40degrees celsius), so the swimming pool and airco in de bed rooms were really needed. The host was available for questions during our stay. There is a nice view of the lake from the garden. The nearby city of Kavadarci does not get a lot of tourists, whcih gives a more authentic feel of Macedonia. If you stay here, restaurant Sino had great food for a very good price.

The airco unit in the living room is old and doesn't really work. The lake itself doesn't offer much options for leisure, it is not for swimming, and walking next to the lake is not really possible.

It was clear, had everything needed for a perfect stay. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The place has beautiful view of the lake and the swimming pool is amazing.

It’s stunning location overlooking the lake and the mountains, surrounded by endless wine yards! It has also a wonderfully green and tranquil, and wide gardens - areal treat for the senses. The owners are friendly and very responsive! The house is spacious and well equipped

I would have liked to know in advance that the payment is possible only by cash or local transaction system. We only found out this two days before departure. The transaction can be only done in local currency, for which you need to go to a local bank to arrange (with high transaction costs if you don’t have Macedonian bank account). The vila is 10km from the nearest city, and this is not so convenient. It should be clearly mentioned on booking.com or the owner should inform the guests in advance so they are prepared and have the cash with them at check out. The pool wasn’t heated and it was super cold, but nevertheless we enjoyed looking at it as much as we could have enjoyed swimming in it!

Everything! Everything was even better in real life than in pictures! Beautiful and well equipped house, yard like a dream... and the pool! Kids couldn't get enough of it. :D Located in a peaceful and very, very beautiful place. The closest town with shops, restaurants and market just 8 km away. The host was wonderful and super helpful, and responsive.
