The Ocean Resort

Villa was beautiful ,clean and spacious, pool was big enough for the kids . Close to restaurant and communal pool and beach .Perfect distance danang and hoi an ( 20mins taxi) £3 ,great holiday resort

No shops close by is the only downside

Nice room and nice services

Villaene har en god planløsning og lå trygt plassert inne i resortens område. Tilgang til resorten fellestilbud, som restaurant, svømmebasseng, spa, tennisbane etc. var meget bra. Vertene var meget hjelpsomme og servicevennlige, og var alltid tilgjengelig via Whatsapp.

Villaene var noe nedslitt og renholdet var dårlig.

Don’t waste your money or time with this accommodation.

The doors and windows could not be properly closed. Thus musquitos,cockroaches were abundant in the house. Th AC was not working properly in the living area. When maintenance opened the AC, we saw mold everywhere. We pointed that it is hazardous to have mold in an AC, maintenance said only the filter needs to be replaced. But the mold was everywhere in the AC. After we took picture and videos, they decided to replace the whole AC unit. The rest of the AC units in the house were barely functioning, thus the rooms could not be cooled sufficiently, we had to request fans to be used together. From day one we asked to refund us, so that we could move out. They refused. On the fourth day, we could not handle the heat nor the cockroaches and left while we still had few days left.

it is located in the part of Da nang. Location and rooms are really nice. Great for the family and beach is only few minutes away. Good community. Definitely recommend to friends
