"The host Annie was perfect."

The size of the villa and pool was great for us. The villa also comes with a washing machine. We thought we would have to wash our towels but the house was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. The addition of having a chef for breakfast was perfect and worth the money. We opted for the American and Vietnamese breakfast. Dinners cooked by the Chef are also available. This place is perfect for families with small children as there is a playground right across the road.

Nothing to do with the property, but the beach isn't really in walking distance. You can walk there, but you need to get past all the grand hotels

our booking.com taxi could not find the location. went to sheraon, BRG golf center asking for direction. should give taxi driver to call the host.

swimming pool is too small. more for small kids...
