Everything about the villa and the helpfull friendly staff.

The outside gas fire place didnt work. The subwoofer of the suround sound didnt work.

One of the fridges was not working properly and we were not notified of this on arrival. The Nespresso machine had a foreign plug and was missing the internal milk pipe for cappuccino function.

Almost everything.

The 25 stairs from the road to the house. Especially with a mobility impaired visitor, it was a challenge. The staff were very helpful in this regard!

The villas are amazing. This one had 4 rooms and each was exactly the same. Pretty much 4 main bedrooms all ensuite. The kitchen was well stocked and the house had all the amenities. The pool was clean and everything was just lovely. It is new and looked after.

A cleaner stole some airpods. I called security and told them to come as we caught him with it in his pocket. The said they would come. 30 minutes later I called again to be told to be patient as they were on lunch. My brother went to reception and found the GM. He came to the house and had also then called security who then met him there. The cleaner was searched and removed. I was told by George that he would make contact with me, and 28 days later I have not heard a thing. We only had one full day to enjoy at the villas as I had booked 2 nights. This ruined our day. I thought I would at least get a letter of apology or even offered a discount to return. Nothing has come through. Without this poor experience, they would have got a 9 out of 10.
