"An amazing jewel on the South Coast"

The place is truly exceptional, we had an amazing stay - it was well tended, the pool and hot tub were awesome and everything was brilliantly kitted out.

No complaints at all, although the fridge was a bit difficult to close properly.

"i will mever refer any one there the customer service is very poor on the management depertment?"

the facility the place is very beautiful easy to find

the staff especailly the manager was very rude towards us .it seems as if she thought we didnt derserve to be there.she even told me not to speak back to her when i was raising my concern..she seems very rude and recist calls us in every hour telling us not to demage the propety honestly we were treated like not behaving children she ruin all of our trip

Good communication with lady overseeing the booking.

The owner was rude . Definitely not a luxury unit Poor/ lack of maintenance- fireplace and jacuzzi not working. Pool half empty and dirty
