9 The Pin – Zimbali 6 Bedroom

The location of the place is beautiful and the house itself was beautiful. The owners of that house are such amazing people, honestly they are so humble and welcoming, because of them I might go back.

The agent who helped us was a mean lady I don't wish to ever deal with her ever again her name is Wendy. In instances where she could have been nice she chose not to be. We had a special request which was declined, that was not a problem at all but the responses coming from her no thanks I can't. We spoke to the owners about the request, they nicely declined it and it was okay we understood but the agent I really felt like she looked down on us.

Amazing hosts — the owners are a wonderful family and very hands-on. The property was neat, tidy, and fully equipped for our large group. Pricing was very reasonable for the area. We’ll 100% return for a longer visit.

Property is very spacious and properly furnished

The interior and deco is too dark themed. Lighter colours would really go a long way to improve the comfort of stay. The property also doesn’t have a view so you would feel trapped inside the dark themes and no view outside.

We liked the how spacious the rooms were and how clean the place was. The loction was amazing because we had access to the Capital. The interior was amazing and this made the content to be gorgeous.

There was not enough bowls, dishes for a slef catering accommodation. Some of the doors couldn't lock and this was a problem because if there was wind one of the doors would open. The problem was not our safety but the monkeys they warned from. They must notify guests to bring/ use insecticides because of the bushiness of the area. I was bitten by an insect upon arrival.
