Loved everything, location, very present and communicating hosts and beautiful home.

The property was very comfortable, spacious, clean, the staff were very caring and were always ready to help us. The location was perfect for our holidays, and we felt very safe. We had a great time staying in this Villa and would definitely come back.

We had a lovely six-night stay at this charming property. The age of the property gives character and amplifies its quaintness, creating a cozy and memorable atmosphere. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, with Terry ensuring a smooth experience. A perfect spot for those seeking charm and tranquility—we’ll definitely return!

The house is big and comfortable and clean, perfect for family

The house was beautiful and we loved sitting on the verandah. The location is perfect. The road is quiet, but the house is a quick walk from the prom. We would stay again.

The house was very comfortable, with beautiful decor, lots of space for everyone, and our host was very welcoming! They left a lovely bottle of wine for us on arrival, and gave us lots of tips for things to do while we were there. The security system was also straightforward and we felt very safe. The villa was close to the coast and the waterfront, which was great for us as that's where we spent most of our time.

Very comfortable, lots of space

This villa is an absolute gem! From the elegant antique furniture to the beautiful artifacts, the space exudes a cozy, welcoming vibe. It had everything we needed for a seamless stay, and the location is perfect, with shops and restaurants just around the corner. We visited Cape Town as a group, and the villa’s large living room and dining table were perfect for all of us to gather. With three bedrooms and a comfortable sleeper couch in the fourth, there was plenty of space for everyone. The villa’s spacious layout made us all feel right at home. The owners were thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed, while still giving us the privacy to fully enjoy the property. As a lovely touch, they even provided a bottle of wine upon arrival. The payment process was a bit unusual, but I honestly have no complaints - everything went smoothly, and the deposit was refunded promptly. We’re so grateful for the experience - your villa gave our group memories that will last a lifetime.

Nothing to complain about

The friendliness,orientation and warm welcome received from the staff was exceptional :-). The house location is not far from Cape Town must see facilities.

I was expecting a smallernyana in-house swimming pool to chill while in the house
