Villa Mavi Manzara

The location was fabulous, with wonderful views. The outside areas and balconies were great, especially the infinity pool.

I found the washing machine instructions complicated!

The views are stunning! Location on the peninsular is good, the pool and terrace were lovely. Cold water was freely available. We were well looked after by the owner and his local rep. (water topped up quickly, taxis provided upon request, he was super responsive). Layout of the house was beautiful and spacious. BBQ was really good.

Outside it is hard to find a shaded spot in the afternoon; parasols were not working. Although BBQ was really good you had to cook away from the main part of the terrace.

Great Location with amazing views. Beautiful sunset., clean and comfortable villa. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Kas.

Villa has a great design, very beautiful terrace with an amazing view, especially during the sunset time. Location is great, on the very beautiful peninsula. You have to keep in mind that to get to Kas city centre you either need to have a car/rented scooter, or order a taxi every time, which takes just 10 minutes, but there is also a bus that arrives every 30 minutes. We stayed here with a group of 6 friends for Christmas holidays, there is a plenty of room, many sleeping places + several spaces to spend time all together. Villa owners were very friendly and supporting, helped us organize the transfer from Antalya and back, handled the registration process, staff maintaining the visa would react to all of our questions and requests in a matter of seconds, always available in WhatsApp, living somewhere nearby. There are a lot of activities in the area, we went hiking several times, spent some time in great local cafes and bars, took a boat tour, played tennis and went to spa centre. The price is great considering you share it with several people - very good fit for a small group of friends or midsized family

It’s quite cold inside the villa, had to turn on the AC in heating mode all the time - good that there is a way to make it warm very fast. One time we also had a problem when electricity turned off in the second floor, but staff was very reactive and brought electrician to fix it very fast.
