Elizabeth who manages the property is amazing! She organised transfers and the best tables at some amazing sunset locations for us….not that you need to go out. This property is large with a stunning view and two balconies. You will find this property very easily on postcards of Santorini and the shops are just a minute away! This was a once in a lifetime trip for four best friends and we couldn’t have asked for better.

I am sure some people could find faults with this property but we loved every minute of our stay…you just need to remember it is a cave house! Oia is taken over by cruise ship passengers during the day so plan your activities so you can avoid them!

Beautiful house in a great location with stunning views.

Nothing.

The location is incredible. The view is something we will never forget. Shops and Restaurants were with easy short walking distance. Rooms were big in size (6 of us travelling) The cave house looks better in real life than in the pictures. Having the balcony/terrace also was a bonus and we sat up there each afternoon/evening watching the world go by The jacuzzi was cool too which was a welcome bonus as it was very hot ! Elizabeth the host was a beautiful lady. Very friendly and always available to answer any questions, organise transport etc. She met us at the port and also took us to airport at the end of our stay.

We were there mid July so it was hot! The villa at times felt a little damp and this is probably due to the heat and humidity and the aircon sometimes couldn’t get cold enough! If you leave bedroom doors open it felt cooler but hard to do sometimes when with a large group and wanting privacy. Not really an issue though, the beauty of the cave house makes everything else seem less important

Location, location, location!

For that price, a fully stocked kitchen would be nice.

A stray cat was using one of the lounge chairs as a litter box. Also, the doors and windows were hard to use

Comfortable and elegant accommodation with great view. The room with swing is beautiful. It's a special experience to stay in such a well-renewed cave house.

The water temperature of outdoor tub is not adjustable. It's still a bit chilly in winter season. It would be better if there's a desk or dining table.
