Excellent location right in heart of Oia. Best place to be in Santorini.Good value of money and mesmerising view...One of the best customer service provided by Elizabeth effective communication help amd assistance provided by her.eegarfing booking taxi,catamaran restaurant suggestions amd photoshoot.If we go back to Oia will stay there again

Absolutely beautiful view, out of the noise of the main street so very peaceful and serene. Beautiful sunrise from the room and lovely to sit in the plunge pool with a wine in the evening. Elizabeth the manager is the most lovely person who has so much information and knowledge of Santorini and helped us get to our next destination with no fuss. We were also able to have a later check out which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

The view is spectacular and Elizabeth was so helpful and responsive. She booked us our transfers to and from the hotel and had a person available to help transfer our bags. She provided us with all the information needed for sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. The place was clean and as pictured.

Perfect location in Oia. Elizabeth, the manager was brilliant. She was available over watsapp and arranged all of our transfers and luggage collection. The views were perfect too.

The property manager, Elizabeth was very helpful and responsive. we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary with a whole bunch of friends and she helped me get some reservations for a dinner etc. she also helped with transportation etc.

I wish that our room was decorated a bit more special as it was a very special occasion for us. usually in the past, most hotels that we have stayed in, if they know its a special event, they kind of add their own something extra to make it even more special. The room was a lovely room and the manager was very helpful, however there was no special addition at all, given that it was our 25th anniversary.

Location is excellent. Very nice view. Communication by the house manager was nice. She also arrange our early morning travel from villa. I am recommending the house for staying.

Cleanliness could be better. Shouldn't do house repairing or painting when guest staying. It's will disturbing their privacy. Also if you have facilities of cooking then you have to have more cooking utensil present.

It was also easy! Such great communication - waiting for me at the port / brought my bags down for me and everything was ready for me. The place was spotless. The location was perfection / right below the main thoroughfare and between two of the blue domes. The jacuzzi was great to have (not hot like a hot tub - felt great to cool off ). Then they collected and stored my bags and met me later with my bags in a taxi when it was time for me to go back to the port.

Really minor things when compared to the upsides. The walkway between the tub and the loungers is actually a shared walkway for the room next door so less privacy than expected. Had to stay conscious when in the room people might walk by and look in through the glass door so need to close shutters to dress. Latch on door to patio didn’t work so doors would be open if not locked (which I couldn’t do because the room next door might want to come through) - as a result there were a few tourists who wandered down for photo shoots not realizing it was a private space. The loungers are great for lying on your back - but foam/not adjustable so not comfortable to lie on your stomach with your back inverted.
