Cozy Boho Kildaire Farms Home- near Downtown

The house layout was nice. We were expecting a 3 bedroom but got a 2 bedroom with a HORRIBLE pull out office room. My 72 yr old sister had to sleep on living room couch.

Steps!!!!!! A driveway we couldn't pull our van into. We actually damaged the van trying to get up the hill. My son was able to pull his car up the hill but didn't move it after parking it but once because ha scraped too. Also, the neighbors were nasty. We parked at the end of the driveway so that my family could drag me up the hill. I am post heart surgery and abdominal surgery with complications so this was not an easy task. Just sorely disappointed in the fact the hill was photographed as not to show the steep incline.

Pros; As it describes in the title, it was very cozy and comfortable house setting. Quiet neighborhood and close to shopping area.. Office room was a nice addition!! Decor was bohemian style and cute. The were enough pots and pans and other kitchen utensils to cook. Cons; There were weeds and fallen leaves front entrance and garage and back porch and look like it was left alone without care a while. It is located on the steep hill, my van couldn’t go up the drive way to park inside the garage because the bottom of the car touched the driveway and scraped it. So we park the van on the street.. It was challenging to bring large suite cases up into the house.

Very well stocked, clean and conveniently located property. Easy check-in and check-out. Owner’s easy to contact.

The master bathroom shower drain was quite slow to drain. It made it difficult to shower consecutively without having to stand in dirty water. Also, seemed to make the shower floor much more slippery.

Sofa bed in the third bedroom was not comfortable for an adult to sleep on.

The house is in a great neighborhood and location in Cary. It was clean and comfortable. However, the house sits high off the street. Anyone with limited mobility wouldn't be able to navigate the steps.

There is a strong odor of cat urine in the house that is most unpleasant. Also, the windows are in need of blinds or shades. These two areas are suggestions for improvement.
